Brian is very special to me. He loves Iran and Iranian culture and
sometimes knows more Aryana Farshadabout Iran than Iranians. His book, took me back to golden times in Iran, where and when we were so young and thoughtless. Well, the Zirzameen just happened to be our neighbor and friend's house. His memoir is about life in Iran, simply as we were. Thank you for writing it. It is a gift to people who long to know more about Iran. Very nostalgic.

Comment from Vida Ghaffari
Brian aka Rasool,

Your book literally is a literary gem. Set against the backdrop of pre-revolutionary Iran, your descriptive writing paints a picture of that country duVide Ghaffariring a turbulent time. You invite the reader into an exotic world of intrigue in the vein of “1001 Arabian Nights.” As an Iranian-American who has never visited Iran, I found this book to be a fabulous read that I just couldn’t put down. As an actress myself, I also found the chapter about your acting career in Iran very interesting and humorous.

I find it so touching that an American loves Iran and Iranians so much and wants to share that love with the universe to bring about peace so inspiring.

Warm Regards,

Dear Brian,Zari

Hello and congratulations on your book - how exciting for you! I'm sure it is fascinating. I took a really great class taught by an Iranian teacher at school this semester, and we watched wonderful Persian movies and talk about the 1970s. Very interesting! I am going off to look at your website right away.
